Lab Testing & COAs

Every lot listed on America 1st Peptides is checked before it is offered for sale. Our standard testing protocol covers identity, purity, and sterility-related contaminants. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are included with every shipment and are also available on request prior to ordering.

Identity — Mass Spectrometry

Each peptide is analyzed by ESI-MS to confirm the observed monoisotopic mass matches the theoretical mass of the ordered sequence. A mass deviation outside expected tolerance is a rejection.

Purity — Reverse-Phase HPLC

RP-HPLC quantifies the percent of full-length peptide relative to truncated, deletion, and oxidized impurities. Lots below our purity threshold are not offered. The exact percent purity for the lot you receive is printed on its COA.

Endotoxin — LAL

Lots prepared as sterile-filled, lyophilized vials are tested for bacterial endotoxin by Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL). Fill operations follow USP <797>-style aseptic technique in a single-product clean workstation.

Requesting a COA

The COA for the lot you are about to receive can be sent in advance — email info@america1stpeptides.com with the product and quantity you intend to order. A printed copy is also included in the shipment.
